Position: Digital
Champion
Location: Headquarters, Tirana
Main
functions and responsibilities: The Digital Champion serves as a Project and/or
Portfolio Manager and Process Manager within the Balfin Group, operating at the
intersection of innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
This role requires a deep understanding of interconnected business functions
and the ability to drive strategic projects, streamline processes, and champion
the adoption of digital tools across the organization. The Digital Champion
acts as a bridge between departments, ensuring alignment with the group's
overarching goals while fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable
growth.
Requirements
Project
and Portfolio Management
- Manage
and oversee strategic projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with
organizational objectives.
- Develop
project plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate
cross-functional collaboration and resource allocation.
- Conduct
regular reviews to assess project performance and scalability.
Process
Management and Improvement
- Analyze
and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Identify
gaps and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Establish
standardized frameworks and best practices.
- Develop
new procedures for the optimization of internal company processes related to
efficient management of construction processes.
- Ensure
all procedures and documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Review
and update governance documents and procedures in collaboration with
departments, ensuring alignment with group policies and adaptation to the
construction industry standards.
- Responsible
for managing the company's internal document sharing platforms (such as
SharePoint, Office 365, etc), and management of company documentation in
accordance with internal group standards and best practices in the industry.
- Supports
the use of digital platforms and tools for project management, ensuring that
all operational and managerial levels utilize these tools to enhance project
reporting and management
Digital Transformation Advocacy
- Promote
and facilitate the adoption of digital tools and platforms.
- Provide
training and support to staff at all levels.
- Gather
user feedback to continuously improve digital systems.
Change Management
- Communicate
benefits and address resistance to change.
- Develop
strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act
as a communication bridge between the Transformation Department, Digital
Champions, and stakeholders.
- Foster
collaboration and alignment across business units.
Education:
- To have Master’s
degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or
a related field.
Other Requirements:
- Certifications
in project or process management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are
preferred.
- Proven
experience in managing cross-functional projects and portfolios in a corporate
environment.
- 3-5
years’ experience in similar business domain in any related position, where
applied Innovative modelling, business models, business analysis, project
management, product owner, etc.
